My stay at the Balthazar Design Hotel was quite good. The attentive staff truly made a difference, though I found the mattress a bit too hard for my taste. The location was simply perfect for exploring the beautiful old town, making it easy to access many attractions. Overall, I would say it was a luxury experience that also felt inviting.

I had a fantastic stay at Balthazar Design Hotel in Kraków. The location was perfect, just steps away from Wawel Castle, and the stylish decor of the hotel really set a lovely ambiance.
